Return Policy

At Geonix International Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we’re here to help.

You may request a return or replacement if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• The item received is different from what was ordered.
• The product is not functioning as intended (as per warranty conditions).

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.
• Return must be initiated within 7 to 10 days of delivery.

Shipping Policy

• We currently ship across India. For bulk orders or international shipping requests, please contact us directly at care@geonix.in.
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
